Online Leagues
Running, Swimming, Rowing, Cycling
We invite you to compete over various distances each quarter, and upload your times to our online portal.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, technology has enabled us to establish teams, challenges and leagues, and facilitate access into national level competition through various active esports platforms.
This virtual international community has been brought together through a shared history of recovery and strengthened by a shared passion for sport.
Our international active esports activities were so popular and effective during the pandemic that they are now an enduring offer, beyond the Games. Thanks to the support of our partners, such as the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, we are able to facilitate continued access to virtual leagues all conducted via We Are Invictus.
‘We Are Invictus’ is a free platform for international wounded, injured and sick (WIS) armed forces personnel, serving or veteran, providing a safe and secure space for the community. The platform provides opportunities for recovery through sports beyond the Games alongside a peer-to-peer support network. Activities range from sports, esports, adventurous challenge, employment, volunteering, speaking opportunities and more.
This platform is for those who have been wounded, injured or fallen ill or sick during or as a direct consequence of service. You do not have to have competed in an Invictus Games, or trialled, to join this community.
This platform allows Wounded, Injured and Sick (WIS) to access opportunities offered by the Invictus Games Foundation in order to support, or share, their recovery journey. In addition, this platform also allows for communication between members of the international WIS community to discuss relevant opportunities, share knowledge and support each other during and post-recovery.
