London, 01 October 2024 – The Invictus Games Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with Brigantes, which will become the Official Apparel and Equipment Partner of the Invictus Games Foundation. This partnership marks a significant step in the Foundation’s ongoing mission to support the recovery and rehabilitation of international wounded, injured, and sick service personnel and veterans through sports and adventurous challenge.

As part of this partnership, Brigantes will provide high-performance clothing and equipment to the Invictus Games Foundation staff and trustees, suitable for supporting the upcoming Winter hybrid edition of the Invictus Games taking place in Canada next year. In addition to supporting the Foundation’s executive team, Brigantes will also contribute to the broader activities of the Invictus Games Foundation, including the provision of apparel and equipment for their year-round beyond the Games programs and initiatives, which play a crucial role in helping veterans and service members regain confidence, rebuild their lives, and reintegrate into their communities.

Dominic Reid, CEO of the Invictus Games Foundation, commented on the partnership:
"We are thrilled to welcome Brigantes as our Official Apparel and Equipment Partner. Their commitment to innovation and excellence aligns perfectly with the Invictus Spirit. Brigantes’ support will ensure that our staff are not only equipped to perform at their best during the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 but this partnership will also enhance our ongoing work beyond the Games, helping us to continue delivering impactful programs that empower our international community of wounded, injured, and sick service personnel and veterans."

Matthew Williams, CEO of Brigantes, added: ""Brigantes is honoured to partner with the Invictus Games Foundation by equipping the staff and the individuals they support as they take on new challenges. As a defence industry company run by veterans, we share a profound connection to the Foundation’s mission and values. We’re dedicated to providing the best possible apparel and equipment to help the international community during Invictus Adventures and Invictus Challenges, helping to make a positive impact on the recovery of wounded, injured and sick veterans and service members worldwide."

Invictus Adventures and Invictus Challenges are two programs of activities delivered by the Invictus Games Foundation, beyond the Games. Coordinated through the free platform We Are Invictus, available online or via an app, opportunities are provided to global members of the community of wounded, injured, and sick service personal and veterans. Recent opportunities include a jungle trek through Borneo, a marathon through the deserts of Jordan, or winter sports in the mountains of Colorado.
