Development Director

We are seeking to appoint a Development Director to join our growing team, and to support us as we move forward on to the next phase of our incredible journey.

As a key executive member of an evolving, dynamic team, the Development Director will report to the CEO and work closely with the Trustees to identify philanthropic opportunities and develop long-term funding strategies which will ensure the sustainability of the Invictus Games Foundation. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a significant track record of building and managing high-level donor relationships and securing substantial (six figure) gifts. They will also bring evidence of managing complex stakeholder relationships and a nuanced leadership style, with the requisite gravitas and credibility to engage at the highest level. Critically they will have a “can do” approach and entrepreneurial style, with a keen eye for detail and strategic outlook. They will be a self-starter with a high level of motivation, and the ability to operationalise strategy. Finally, they will be highly motivated by our mission, sharing in the belief of the power of sport to change lives.

Operations Director

We are seeking to appoint an Operations Director to join our growing team.

This role will report into the CEO of the Invictus Games Foundation, Dominic Reid OBE. It will have a small team reporting into it, including an Operations Manager and a WIS Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the CEO helping to shape the Invictus Games Foundation to ensure continued success in the years to come. Given the scope and scale of the requirement this position requires an experienced Director-level candidate with a broad background, ideally to have included time on an event or in a multi-site organisation.
